Information about my CTN crossing

What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?

Check-in opens 6 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before departure for all CTN routes. If you arrive late you may be refused to travel.

You must have a copy of your ticket before you check-in.

Where is the port? What is the port address? How do I find the port?

To help you find the port for your ferry, here are the CTN port addresses :

  • Port of Genoa: Traghetti terminal, Ponte Colombo.

  • Port of Marseille: Cap Janet pier, entrance by the NORTH PORTE BEAUSEJOUR ferry terminal (Gate 3). If Gate 3 is closed, please proceed to Gate 1.

  • Port of Tunis La Goulette: vehicles: CTN La Goulette car centre. Pedestrians: Maritime Station.

Are CTN ferries running as normal?

If you entered your mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS or email if anything changes.

When does my CTN ticket expire?

CTN tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of booking.

Can I change the passenger names on my CTN ticket?

Passenger names can be changed on your CTN ticket if you have not travelled on your outbound sailing. If you have travelled on your outbound sailing then it will not be possible to change any passenger names. However, passengers can still be added to your return sailing.

Can I travel with my pet on a CTN crossing?

CTN permits passengers to travel with cats and dogs on all routes. Pets travel free of charge in the designated kennel area on board. Passengers do not need to inform us or CTN that they are travelling with a pet.
