What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?
The latest check-in times are as follows:
At least 2 hours before departure, for all lines, with or without a vehicle.
Tunisia and Morocco routes: at least 3 hours before departure
Port of Tangier: Vans must arrive at check-in 6 hours before departure.
Civitavecchia-Porto Torres-Barcelona route (and vice versa): the boarding operations end 30 minutes before departure.
If a passenger arrives after the indicated times, they will lose the right to board even if they have a reservation. You must have a copy of your ticket before you check-in.

Can I travel on a Grimaldi Lines crossing with a car that belongs to a family member?
If you are leaving a country in the European Union with a car that belongs to a family member then you will need a notarised power of attorney in addition to the car's registration and insurance documents.
Can I travel with my pet on a Grimaldi Lines crossing?
Grimaldi Lines permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. There are three ways that pets can travel: in a pet-friendly cabin; on external decks; or in a pet carrier. Pet-friendly cabins have limited availability.
What assistance does Grimaldi Lines provide for passengers with disabilities?
Grimaldi Lines offers elevators, disabled cabins, accessible toilets, and seating reserved for passengers with disabilities. These services are not available on all ships, please contact us if you have further queries.
