Check-in for boarding opens 2 hours before departure time and closes 20 minutes before departure time. Passengers travelling with a trailer or a camper should check-in 3 hours before departure. If you arrive late you may be refused to travel.

Ventouris Ferries tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of booking except for tickets that have restricted validity.

Ventouris Ferries permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. Pets must travel in a pre-booked kennel.
