What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?
You can print your Trasmed GLE boarding pass in advance if you check-in online. The latest check-in times for boarding at the port are as follows:
Foot passengers: check-in closes 30 minutes before departure
Passengers with a vehicle: check-in closes 60 minutes before departure
If a passenger arrives after the times indicated above, they lose the right to board even if they have a reservation.

If you entered your mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS if anything changes.
Can I travel with my pet on a Trasmed GLE crossing?
Trasmed GLE permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. There are three ways that pets can travel: in a pet-friendly cabin; in a pre-booked kennel; or in a carrier. The pet-friendly cabins and kennels are subject to availability.
