Where can I find the details of my travel insurance policy?

You will be sent policy details via email if you purchase travel insurance with your booking. If you have mislaid your details you should contact Allianz Global Assistance directly to request another copy.

How can I make changes to my travel insurance policy?

Please contact Allianz Global Assistance to make any changes to your travel insurance policy.

Will you update my travel insurance policy if I change my booking?

If you make changes to your booking then you will need to contact Allianz Global Assistance to inform them of the changes and ensure that your travel insurance policy is updated.

Can I add travel insurance to an existing booking?

Travel insurance must be purchased at the same time as your booking. We are unable to add travel insurance after your booking is already confirmed. However, you may still be able to take out travel insurance directly with a provider.

Can I get a refund for my booking if I have travel insurance?

Please refer to your policy documents for information about what is covered. If you have any questions about what is covered please contact your travel insurance provider directly.

Can you provide a document to support my travel insurance claim?
