To request your credit note please log in to 'My Account' or 'Manage My Booking', and click on 'Request a credit note':

Please note that physical documents will not be issued or sent but your money will be held safely in your AFerry account.

If you are not offered the option to 'Request a credit note' then this means the ferry partner is currently expecting to operate as normal for the dates that you are travelling on.

However, please see our article: I would like a credit note but it is not being offered.

This situation is changing weekly so please regularly check your account or specific ferry partner information page for updates.
