Here is our step-by-step guide to redeeming your credit note directly with the following Ferry Partners:

  • GNV (Grandi Navi Veloci)
  • Grimaldi Lines
  • Moby Lines, Tirrenia, or Toremar
  • SNAV

Tips before you start

It can be useful to have your Ferry Partner reference number to hand as you may need these to redeem your credit note. You can get this by logging into your booking via My Account or Manage my booking (example below with Grandi Navi Veloci):

Alternatively you can get this from your booking confirmation.

Grandi Navi Veloci

  1. Locate your Grandi Navi Veloci reference number (e.g. 00001234567)
  2. Visit www.gnv.it and start a new booking.
  3. In the payment step enter your Grandi Navi Veloci reference number (e.g.00001234567) in the field 'Promotional Coupon'.
  4. Your discount will applied off your new booking.

Grimaldi Lines

  1. Locate your Grimaldi Lines reference number (e.g. G012345678)
  2. Send an email to info@grimaldi.napoli.it with your Grimaldi Lines reference number, your first and last name, and your new departure dates.
  3. Grimaldi Lines will reply directly to you.

Moby Lines, Tirrenia, or Toremar

  1. If you have requested a credit note you should have received an email with your Moby Lines, Tirrenia, or Toremar discount code (e.g. PPABCDEFGH).
  2. Visit www.mobylines.com and start a new booking.
  3. In the price step enter your Moby Lines, Tirrenia, or Toremar discount code (e.g.PPABCDEFGH) in the field 'You've got a discount code?'.
  4. Your discount will applied off your new booking.

Please note MOBY LINES discount codes can only be redeemed on MOBY LINES departures (same principle for TIRRENIA or TOREMAR discount codes).

SNAV

  1. Locate your SNAV reference number (e.g. AFTG0123456789)
  2. Send an email to callcenter@snav.it with your SNAV reference number, your name, and your new departure dates.
  3. SNAV will reply directly to you.

Please note the following rules:

  • The credit note amount is equivalent to the amount paid for the original booking (excluding any insurance purchased).
  • Should the new trip be more expensive than the original one the customers will have to pay for the price difference (e.g.: more expensive cabin type available).
  • Many 2021 sailings are not available yet for redeeming credit notes. Please kindly check the website regularly.
  • The travel credit is a personal travel credit and cannot be transferred to others.
