You must have made a booking with us before you can create an account on our website. To create a new account, visit the Create a password page on our website, enter the email address you used when you made your booking and click Send password link.
You will receive the following email message with a unique link if the email address you entered matches the email address on your booking:
"Subject: Set your new password
Dear Your name,
Please use the link to choose a new password for your email address. This link is valid for 24 hours only.
Your unique link.
If clicking the link does not work, please copy and paste the URL in a new browser window instead.
If you did not expect to receive this mail, it is likely that another customer entered your email address by mistake while trying to reset a password. If you didn't make the request to reset your password, you don't need to take any further action and can safely disregard this email.
Please note that the sending email address cannot accept replies.

When you click your unique link you will be directed to our website where you can create a password for your account. Enter your new password (it must be a minimum of 6 characters) in both boxes and click Reset Password.
Your new password will be created and you will be prompted to log into your new account.
