Information about my Toremar crossing

What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?

The latest check-in times are as follows:

  • All passengers must check-in at least 30 minutes before departure.

You must have a copy of your ticket before you check-in.

Where is the port? What is the address of the port? How do I find the port?

To help you find the port for your ferry, here are the port addresses for Toremar:

  • Capraia Port Address: Via Assunzione 18, 57032 Capraia

  • Cavo Port Address: Via Michelangelo 54, 57030 Cavo

  • Giglio Port Address: Giglio Porto, 58013 Giglio

  • Livorno Port Address: Via del Molo Mediceo, 12, 57123 Livorno

Are Toremar ferries running as normal?

If you have entered your mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS if anything changes.

Can I travel with my pet on a Toremar crossing?

Toremar permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. There are two ways that pets can travel: in a pre-booked kennel or on the external deck. Kennels are subject to availability.
