Some of our ferry partners now, by law, require Advanced Passenger Information (API). This information must be entered online before you travel otherwise you be refused to board.
Tips before you start
It can be useful to have the following documents for all passengers to hand as you may need them to add your Advanced Passenger Information:
Your Ferry Partner booking reference number (e.g. DFDS Seaways: 21234567)
Your Passport or other eligible travel documents
Passport information (including full names, document number, nationality, country of issue, expiry date, date of birth, place of birth)
