How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us and provide the email address which is associated with the account you want to delete. We will make the necessary arrangements and your account will be deleted within 7 days.
Will my personal data be deleted with my account?
We will only delete your personal data if you request it. Please let us know if you want your personal data to be deleted in addition to your account.
Please note that if you have an active booking we will retain your personal data until the travel date has passed and travel has been completed.
What happens to my bookings when my account is deleted?
You will be unable to access the bookings on your account after your account is deleted.
Will I be removed from marketing when my account is deleted?
We will remove you from marketing when your account is deleted. Please contact us if you want to keep your account and only be removed from marketing.
