Logging in to your account gives you access to your bookings and saved quotes. You can make changes to your bookings, resend booking confirmation emails, and retrieve the details of your saved quotes. How to log in to your account
Before you log in to your account, you need to ensure that you have created one. You can create an account after you have made your first booking with us. Learn how to create a new account here.
Follow the below steps to log in to your account:
Visit the sign in page on our website.
Enter the email address associated with your account and your account password.
Click the blue Sign In button.
When you have successfully logged in you'll see two tabs called My Bookings and My Quotes. You can click on these tabs to view the bookings on your account and the details of your saved quotes.
Common account log in issues
If you are experiencing an issue when logging in, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
You haven't created an account yet. Remember, you have to manually create your account after you make a booking with us, it won't be created automatically.
Your log in details are not recognised. If you have entered the wrong email address or password then you won't be able to log in. Double-check the details and if the issue persists, reset your password.
You are using the wrong website. It's important to log in via the website you used to confirm your booking. For example, if you booked on AFerry.com then you need to use AFerry.com to log in. If you booked on Ferrysavers.com then you need to use Ferrysavers.com to log in.
If you need assistance with logging in to your account, contact us and click 'Talk to a person 👤' to connect with an agent. In the meantime, you can still access your bookings by logging in via Manage my Booking.
