How can I make a complaint?

We are sorry to hear that something about your booking or trip did not meet your expectations.

Please click on "Submit a Complaint" below and fill out the message form with all of the details of your complaint. You will be asked for the following information so please include this is in your message:

  1. AFerry (or Ferrysavers) Reference Number

  2. The Ferry Partner (e.g. P&O Ferries) that your booking was with.

  3. Your email address (so that we can reply to you).

We treat all complaints seriously and will do our best to respond to you with a resolution as soon as we have completed our investigation.
