CTN amendment and cancellation fees

The CTN amendment and cancellation fees vary depending on the tariff you have booked. The following conditions apply to all CTN tariffs:

Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year from the date of purchase tickets cannot be modified nor refunded.
Changing the first and last name or the date of birth of a passenger on a CTN ticket will incur a modification fee of 5% of the ticket price including tax.
Changing the vehicle registration number on a CTN ticket is free of charge.
For a confirmed booking (not optioned), in the event of cancellation on the same day and up to 20 days before the departure date, cancellation fees apply according to the conditions.

Amitie tariff amendment and cancellation fees:

Pricing conditions:	Valid from 1 passenger with or without a vehicle on Europe/Tunisia journeys and vice versa. Maximum of 9 passengers. Limited places.
Mandatory return:	No mandatory return.
Maximum length of stay:	No maximum length of stay.
Deposit:	No deposit option.
Option:	72 hour option.
Fee if amended up to 3 days after the purchase date:	No fee.
Fee if amended 3 days after purchase and up to 20 days before the departure date:	5% of the ticket price.
Fee if amended 19-1 days before the departure date:	10% of the ticket price.
Fee if amended on or after the departure date:	10% of the ticket price.
Fee if cancelled up to 3 days after the purchase date (optioned bookings only):	No fee.
Fee if cancelled up to 20 days before the departure date:	75% of the ticket price.
Fee if cancelled 19-1 days before the departure date:	75% of the ticket price.
Fee if cancelled on or after the departure date:	75% of the ticket price.

Corail tariff amendment and cancellation fees:

Pricing conditions:	Valid from 1 passenger with or without a vehicle. Maximum of 9 passengers.
Mandatory return:	The return is non-refundable if the outward journey is travelled and vice versa.
Maximum length of stay:	Maximum length of stay is 4 months.
Deposit:	15% deposit option.
Option:	72 hour option.
Fee if amended up to 3 days after the purchase date:	No fee.
Fee if amended 3 days after purchase and up to 20 days before the departure date:	5% of the ticket price.
Fee if amended 19-1 days before the departure date:	10% of the ticket price.
Fee if amended on or after the departure date:	10% of the ticket price.
Fee if cancelled up to 3 days after the purchase date (optioned bookings only):	No fee.
Fee if cancelled up to 20 days before the departure date:	10% of the ticket price.

Famille tariff amendment and cancellation fees:

Pricing conditions:	Minimum of 3 passengers and maximum of 7 passengers including 2 adults and 1 child round trip. Suite installation (apartment) is not available. Vehicles with height greater than 2.6m are not available. Seniors and adolescents are treated as adults.
Mandatory return:	The return is non-refundable if the outward journey is travelled and vice versa.
Maximum length of stay:	No maximum length of stay.
Deposit:	15% deposit option.
Option:	72 hour option.
Fee if amended up to 3 days after the purchase date:	No fee.
Fee if amended 3 days after purchase and up to 20 days before the departure date:	5% of the ticket price.
Fee if amended 19-1 days before the departure date:	10% of the ticket price.

Escapade tariff amendment and cancellation fees:

Pricing conditions:	Valid from 1 passenger with or without a vehicle on Europe/Tunisia journeys and vice versa. Maximum of 9 passengers. Tariff is not applicable beyond 25 days from the date of the outward journey.
Mandatory return:	The return is non-refundable if the outward journey is travelled and vice versa.
Maximum length of stay:	Maximum length of stay is 25 days.
Deposit:	No deposit option.
Option:	72 hour option.
Fee if amended up to 3 days after the purchase date:	No fee.
Fee if amended 3 days after purchase and up to 20 days before the departure date:	5% of the ticket price.
Fee if amended 19-1 days before the departure date:	10% of the ticket price.
