What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?
The latest check-in times for boarding at the port are as follows:
Foot passengers: check-in closes 30 minutes before departure
Passengers with a vehicle: check-in closes 60 minutes before departure
For the port of Tanger Med: check-in closes 60 minutes before departure for all passengers
For Cadiz - Canary Islands: check-in closes 2 hours before departure for all passengers
If a passenger arrives after the times indicated above, they lose the right to board even if they have a reservation.

Can I change my Trasmediterranea ticket at the port?
You can amend your ticket at the port if your departure is within 24 hours. If you are travelling in more than 24 hours you will be directed to the ticket office to make the change.
Are Trasmediterranea running as normal?
If you entered your mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS if anything changes.
Can I travel with my pet on a Trasmediterranea crossing?
Trasmediterranea permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. There are four ways that pets can travel: in a pet-friendly cabin; in a cage provided by Trasmediterranea; in your vehicle; or in a pet carrier. Pet-friendly cabins are subject to availability.
