What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?
The latest check-in times for boarding at the port are as follows:
Foot passengers: check-in closes 30 minutes before departure
Passengers with a vehicle: check-in closes 60 minutes before departure
All passengers travelling to or from Morocco: check-in closes 60 minutes before departure
All passengers travelling from Argelia (Ghazaouet/Orán): check-in closes 4 hours before departure

Can I change my Naviera Armas ticket at the port?
You can amend your ticket at the port if your departure is within 24 hours. If you are travelling in more than 24 hours you will be directed to the ticket office to make the change.
Are Naviera Armas ferries running as normal?
If you entered your mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS if anything changes.
Can I travel with my pet on a Naviera Armas crossing?
Naviera Armas permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. There are four ways that pets can travel: in a pet-friendly cabin; in a cage provided by Naviera Armas; in your vehicle; or in a pet carrier. Pet-friendly cabins are subject to availability.
