What time is check-in? When should I check in?
The latest check-in times are as follows:
At least 30 minutes before departure time for foot passengers
At least 2 hours before departure time for vehicle passengers departing from Kagoshima
At least 1 hour before departure time for vehicle passengers from all other ports
Where is the port? What is the port address? How do I find the port?
To help you find the port for your ferry, here are the Marix Line port addresses:

Are Marix Line ferries running as normal?
If you entered your mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS or email if anything changes.
Can I travel with my pet on a Marix Line crossing?
Marix Line permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. Passengers should bring their own cages and use the pet room on board. Pets may also be left in your vehicle.
