Do I need to wear a face mask to travel?

Are DFDS Seaways ferries running as normal?
Yes. If you have entered you mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS if anything changes, but you can also check the latest information regarding DFDS Travel updates here.
Dover-Calais-Dover and Dover-Dunkirk-Dover: complementary meal until 31/12/20.
Newcastle-Amsterdam-Newcastle: all sailings until 01/10/20 require meals to be pre-booked. This can be done at the port. You will not be able to book meals onboard or bring your own food due to healthcare measures in place.
Newhaven-Dieppe-Newhaven cabins booked for crossings from the 15/07/20 until the 31/10/20 could not be provided by DFDS Seaways. Cabins amounts will be refunded automatically to the affected customers within 28 days, due to the large volume to process.
Can I get a credit note for my DFDS Seaways booking?
Credit notes are available for DFDS Seaways customers who are due to travel between 13/08/20 and 01/10/20 on routes between the UK, France, Belgium and The Netherlands (Dover-Calais-Dover, Dover-Dunkirk-Dover, Newcastle-Amsterdam-Newcastle, and Newhaven-Dieppe-Newhaven).
Credit notes are available for DFDS Seaways customers who are due to travel until 01/10/20 on the Copenhagen-Frederikshavn-Oslo route.
Please note that all credit notes must be requested at least 24 hours before the original departure.
If you are travelling outside of this period then standard DFDS Seaways Terms and Conditions apply.
When does my DFDS Seaways credit note or voucher expire?
DFDS Seaways credit notes must be redeemed by 01/09/21 and travelled by 31/12/21*
*Except on the Copenhagen-Frederikshavn-Oslo route redemption and travel by 31/12/20.
Credit note redemption need to be completed 24 hours before travelling.
