If you have recorded your mobile phone number when you made your reservation, you will receive updates by SMS in case of changes.

Can I get a credit note for my Moby Lines booking?

Customers holding a Moby Lines booking travelling on or before 31/12/20 and who booked before 01/07/2020 are eligible to receive a credit note, of the same value, for future travel.

If you hold a booked ticket for travel from 01/01/2021 onwards or made your booking after 01/07/2020 the standard Moby Lines terms and conditions apply.

When does my Moby Lines credit note or voucher expire?

Moby Lines credit notes must be redeemed before 31/12/21 and travelled by 31/12/21.

What time is the check-in? When do I have to check in?

The most recent check-in times are as follows:

Carefully organise your travel and decide how soon you will need to leave to arrive punctually at the port. The times you need to arrive for boarding depend on the port:

Bastia port:

  • Foot passengers must check in 60 minutes before departure.

  • Vehicles must check-in 120 minutes before departure.

Genoa port:

  • Foot passengers must check in 30 minutes before departure.

  • Vehicles must check-in 120 minutes before departure.

All other ports:

  • Foot passengers must check in 30 minutes before departure.

  • Vehicles must check-in 90 minutes before departure.

Toremar boardings:

  • Foot passengers must check in 30 minutes before departure.

  • Vehicles must check-in 30 minutes before departure.

Remember that it is your responsibility to arrive at the port in time to have your tickets checked and undergo security checks.

Moby Lines reserves the right to refuse access to the ferry if the check-in time hasn't been respected.
