Latest Updates regarding the new UK lockdown :

The UK Government has announced from a ‘stay at home’ lockdown from 05/01/21 until 15/02/21, so you should not travel for anything other than essential reasons. If you had planned to make a non-essential journey, you can rebook your crossing on another date without amendment fee.

  • Standard Tickets if cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled sailing time will be refunded with a £5.00 cancellation fee.
  • Economy tickets are non-refundable. Amendments can be made up to 1 hour before scheduled sailing with no amendment fee.
  • Economy Tickets and any Standard Tickets cancelled within 24hrs are non-refundable.

All customers that are due to travel with Wightlink up until 30/06/20 are eligible to receive a credit note, of the same value, for future travel.

If you are travelling outside of this period then standard Wightlink Terms and Conditions apply.

The credit note must be redeemed and travelled by 31/12/21.

What time is Check in? When do I need to check in?

The most recent check-in times are as follows:

  • Foot passengers must check in at least 15 minutes before departure.
  • Disabled, and Accessible Travel Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Passengers with Vehicles must check-in 30 to 60 minutes before departure.
