Please help our communities continue to contain the virus by adhering to the Government’s restrictions now and during your journey. All our customers need to follow the Hands, Face, Space guidance and wear a face covering onboard.

  • Standard Tickets if cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled sailing time will be refunded with a £5.00 cancellation fee.

  • Economy tickets are non-refundable. Amendments can be made up to 1 hour before scheduled sailing with no amendment fee.

  • Economy Tickets and any Standard Tickets cancelled within 24hrs are non-refundable.

As a result of technical issues on our Victoria of Wight ferry we are extending our revised timetable until Tuesday, 13 July 2021. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have tickets booked to travel between now and 13 July and you have been affected by the revised timetable, Wightlink will be contacting you directly.

What time is Check in? When do I need to check in?

The most recent check-in times are as follows:

  • Foot passengers must check in at least 15 minutes before departure.

  • Disabled, and Accessible Travel Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure.

  • Passengers with Vehicles must check-in 30 to 60 minutes before departure.
