Travel to/from the Isle of Wight is currently restricted to 'Essential Travel Only' as outlined by the UK government.

Red Funnel have amended their Terms & Condition in response to Covid-19:
1) Free Amendments
If your booking is affected any other Covid-19 related reason, you can amend it to a future date with no amendment fee. Fare differences will apply where applicable.

2) Booking Credit
Put your booking on hold with a credit. You will then have until 31 December 2021 to either use your credit or put it towards a future booking, which can be for travel anytime in 2022 (once sailings are made available in our booking system). By placing the booking on hold it will become non-refundable, and all credits must be used by 31/12/2021 or the balance will be lost.

3) Cancellation
Any cancellations are subject to Red Funnel’s standard Terms & Conditions which include a cancellation fee of 50% for Saver Ticket bookings. We are however temporarily granting customers the option to retain any cancellation fees as a credit towards a future booking.

Do I need to wear a face mask to travel?

Yes. From 15/06/20 all Red Funnel passengers* will be required to wear face masks or face coverings whilst in ports or onboard the vessels when travelling.

* Children under the age of 11 and individuals with a breathing condition, illness, or disability that prevents or hinders them from wearing a face-covering are exempt from this requirement.

Can I get a credit note for my Red Funnel booking?

All customers that are due to travel with Red Funnel up until 18/05/2021 are eligible to receive a credit note, of the same value, for future travel.

If you are travelling outside of this period then standard Red Funnel Terms and Conditions apply.

When does my Red Funnel credit note or voucher expire?

The credit note must be redeemed by 31/12/2021 and travelled anytime in 2022
