What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?
You can print your FRS boarding pass in advance if you check-in online. The latest check-in times at the port are as follows:
All passengers should check-in at least 90 minutes before departure.

Are FRS ferries running as normal?
If you entered your mobile number when you booked you will be updated by SMS if anything changes.
Can I travel with my pet on an FRS crossing?
FRS permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. There are three ways that pets can travel: in your vehicle; in a pet carrier; or in a pre-booked cage provided by FRS.
