Information about my SNAV crossing

What time is check-in? When do I need to check in?

The latest check-in times are as follows:

  • Italy - Croatia line: check-in at least 3 hours before departure

  • Naples - Aeolian Islands and Pontine Line: check-in at least 1 hour before departure

SNAV permits passengers to travel with pets (including guide dogs and assistance dogs) on all routes. There are two ways that pets can travel: in a kennel or in a pet-friendly cabin. The availability of these options depends on the route.
