There are two options available, Regular Flex and Last Minute Flex. With Regular Flex you can cancel up to 48 hours before your first departure and with Last Minute Flex you can cancel up to 3 hours before your first departure.
Does Koala Cancel For Any Reason have any exclusions?
Koala Cancel For Any Reason cannot be used in the following cases:
If your booking is cancelled by AFerry or the ferry operator.
If your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before your first departure (Regular Flex) or less than 3 hours before your first departure (Last Minute Flex).
Koala Cancel For Any Reason is not travel insurance. It covers the cancellation of your booking but does not provide the broader cover typically included in travel insurance.
