Amendment Fees :
In the event of ticket changes, no fixed fee will be payable, only the possible adjustment of taxes and the bunker surcharge, i.e. the amount to be fixed and published in advance, and any fare differences if the change involves a higher fare than the original one: the substitution of a ticket will incur a €30.00 fee for routes from/to Genoa-Tunis, Civitavecchia-Tunis and Palermo-Tunis.
Tickets issued at a special return fare can only be changed at the same time as the fixed fee is charged on both tickets.
Changes during check-in are not permitted.
No changes may be made to tickets issued under special conditions.
No modification of the ticket issued will entitle the holder to a refund, and if the modification involves a higher facility and/or price, the amount of the difference compared to the ticket being modified will be due.
Cancellation fees :
For bookings made from 10/06/2026, by purchasing a ticket for travel until 11/10/2026 to any GNV destination* and for trips up to May 2027, you will be entitled to:
The possibility to purchase in Advance Booking mode with a 20% deposit of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00). Advance bookings cannot be modified or refunded, and failure to confirm the booking will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellation fees applied to tickets purchased in advance booking will depend on the policies in force at the time of final payment and conversion into the final ticket.
For cancellations, the following penalties apply:
25% from the booking date up to 20 days before departure
30% from 19 days up to 14 days before departure
40% from 13 days up to 7 days before departure
100% from 6 days up to 2 hours before departure
100% less than 2 hours before departure
100% on the advance payment not yet converted.
*For bookings from/to Albania, the advance booking requires a 10% deposit of the total ticket price (taxes included, minimum €50.00), and cancellation is free if made up to 7 days before departure. After the seventh day, the following penalties apply:
30% from 6 to 4 days before departure
50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
100% less than 2 hours before scheduled departure
100% on the deposit not yet converted.
*For bookings from/to the Balearic Islands, the advance booking requires a 10% deposit of the total ticket price (taxes included, minimum €50.00), and cancellation is free if made up to 7 days before departure. After the seventh day, the following penalties apply:
30% from 6 to 4 days before departure
50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
100% less than 2 hours before scheduled departure
100% on the deposit not yet converted.
Partial ticket cancellation is not possible, therefore any cancellation refers to the entire travel pass.
